Request deletion of your Kyberworld account and associated personal data, even if you have already uninstalled the app.
Verify ownership
We review the request and explain any verification or outstanding transaction steps through the tracking page or your contact email.
Receive confirmation
After verification, the team processes deletion and tells you about completion and any records that must be retained.
Deletion covers your account profile and associated personal data, including uploaded profile media and applicable message and activity records. Limited payment, security or legal records may be retained where necessary. Messages or media independently saved by other users cannot be removed from their devices.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. A deletion request is reviewed by the team; changing a request status alone does not perform deletion. Any separate store subscription must be managed through that store.
