01Respect the person behind the profile
No harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, humiliation or disclosure of another person’s private information. Respect cultural and religious differences. Stop contacting someone who asks you to stop; do not bypass blocks.
02Zero tolerance for child abuse
The service is for adults. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, sexualization of minors or attempts to solicit such content are prohibited. Do not share suspected material further. Report the account or content through the in-app report controls or choose Safety in Help & support. We investigate, restrict access, preserve necessary evidence and report to relevant authorities where required.
03Keep shared spaces safe
No illegal content, sexual services, non-consensual intimate imagery, scams, violent extremism or instructions facilitating harm. Do not pressure others to reveal personal details, send gifts or spend money. Respect a person’s choice to leave a conversation or room.
04Play and create fairly
Do not exploit bugs, manipulate matches or transactions, impersonate others or violate copyright. Hosts must apply room rules fairly. Only share music, images and other media you have permission to use.
05Report, block and appeal
Use a profile’s report or block controls, or submit a Safety request on this website with the user/room/match identifier and approximate time. The team reviews available evidence and may remove content, mute or restrict accounts. Use the same support route to request a review of a moderation decision. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
